It will be necessary to close part of the A28 Canterbury Road, St Nicholas At Wade, between 05:00 hours and 11:00 hours from 23rd July 2022 with estimated completion by 23rd July 2022. In conjunction, an Order has been made to temporarily impose a one-way restriction on Seamark Road for its entire length, in a Southerly direction.

The A28 Canterbury Road, St Nicholas At Wade, will be closed between A299 St Nicholas Roundabout and the junction of Seamark Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site

The alternative route for Eastbound traffic is via A299 Thanet Way, A299 Monkton Roundabout, A299 Canterbury Road West, B2190 Minster Road, B2190 Un-named Road From Minster Road To Columbus Avenue, B2190 Spitfire Way, B2050 Manston Road, B2050 Park Lane, A28 Canterbury Road.

The alternative route for Westbound traffic is via Seamark Road and A299 Thanet Way.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway resurfacing works are undertaken by Kent County Council.
