Birchington Tennis Courts are be open for use – see update information attached

Doubles and Singles games only with 2/4 members of the same household or with 1/3 other persons from different households observing the social distancing rules of 2 metre and using only your own equipment .Bring your own drink, bring your own sanitizer, bring your own equipment and please bring your good friend Common Sense.Only the tennis markings are in use as any other markings are for team sports which cannot be allowed under current guidance. If you have the BOOKER app on your phone you can book the court before leaving home, but there are only 11 households involved at present. So if you do not book and find others playing we are asking you all to limit you game to 1 hour to be fair to others. If you are waiting please wait in your Attcar until the previous players have left the courts. Also make sure each group sanitize the coded padlock before entering and after leaving. PLEASE READ IN FULL rules which will be displayed on the gate. Please bring your own sanitizer. We will provide some on the gate but we cannot be sure how long it will stay there. The gate code should only be kept to yourselves. This is very important in current circumstances please do not pass it on to anyone. If non members ask how to get access – refer them to make contact through our website www.birchingtonbowlsclubandtenniscourts.com and I will send them details of membership.
