After the tremendous effort of the Battle Civil Parish Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group over the past five years, we are delighted to report that the community overwhelmingly voted in support of the adoption by Rother District Council of the Battle CP Neighbourhood Plan.

A turnout of 24% was recorded, which is considered average for this type of referendum.

1127 electors voted yes

And only 138 voted no.

Well done to everyone who contributed to the Plan.
