7 of us braved the elements yesterday and managed a few ends before the rain set in!! It was slow BUT good fun as we practised our deliveries to very short jacks. To be fair I think we all looked quite good!!

Our small green team will be back tomorrow morning hoping to get the green rolled and spiked both of which will help it to dry and bowl smoothly.

Just a mention that some 12 members put in well over 40 hours labour at the green between them last week to get it ready (with one doing over 20!!) Clubhouse and chairs were cleaned and readied. Project to built a new ramp to the club house also underway. THANK YOU

What is happening over the next couple of weeks?
