The Clover Shield was played on a warm, windy and showery Saturday afternoon. Twelve members competed in 2 leagues. In the first league the team of Harry Brown and Alan Morris won both their matches to go through to the final. In the second league, the team of Vanessa Townend and Mick Sams also won both their matches to progress.

The final was very close, going to the final wood when the team of Alan and Harry eventually won by 7 shots to 6.

Congratulations to all players who played the matches in a friendly and sporting manner,
