It is with great sadness that Thelbridge Parish Council announces the passing of Wallace Boundy on 30 April 2026.
Wallace dedicated more than 50 years of service to Thelbridge Parish Council and the local community, including many years as Chairman of the Council until he stepped down from the role in 2025 to be a Councillor. His commitment, knowledge, and steadfast support of parish matters over five decades represented an extraordinary contribution to village life and local government.
Councillors wish to place on record their sincere gratitude for Wallace’s dedication and service to the parish. He will be greatly missed by colleagues, residents, and all who knew him.
Following Wallace’s passing, a vacancy now exists on Thelbridge Parish Council. Anyone interested in serving the local community as a Parish Councillor is encouraged to contact the Parish Clerk for further information.
