'Your Health’ From 10-2pm on Wednesday 13th October Memorial Hall, Collingham
Come along and receive a ‘body MOT’ for free. A body MOT consists of... Height measurement Weight measurement Body Mass Index Body Fat % Visceral Fat Blood pressure check
Your privacy assured, these checks are done by qualified NSDC staff.
Your numbers will be recorded for you on a card which you can then pass onto the Medical Centre if you wish to, so that your medical record can be updated
