Touring Visitors from Chepstow

On 15th May, we welcomed a touring side from Chepstow who were paying a reciprocal visit following our game against them at the end of our tour last August. Prior to the match, we provided the visitors with a substantial buffet lunch and this may have proved to be their downfall as Heavitree went on to win 5 of the 6 rinks with the other one ending as a draw. The game was played in an excellent spirit and plans are already in hand for the clubs to play future matches against each other.
