You may be aware that Bleasby residents have been provided with two websites for many years. Both show information about the village, community and Parish Council but there is a lot of overlap and wasted administration involved in running two sites. Therefore, the decision has been made to consolidate onto one website.

The information from the present website dedicated to Parish Council matters (www.bleasbyparishcouncil.uk) has now been consolidated into the community website, which is in the process of receiving a full update before the end of July. Very soon, the old Parish Council site will re-direct visiting traffic to the new community site where you will still be able to find all the relevent information about Bleasby Parish Council.

If you are a subscriber to email alerts only from the Parish Council website, you will need to re-subscribe to the community website, if you wish to continue to receive notices about events and news around Bleasby.

This is very easy to complete and should take no longer than two minutes:

1. Visit the Bleasby Community website: www.bleasbycommunity.uk

2. On the right hand side of every page there is a blue box labelled "Sign up to our email alerts" - simply click in the box and follow the instructions.

Once complete you will be registered to receive future News and Event alerts, as before. News items are sent out once on the date of publication and event remineders are sent out 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before the event.

You personal data is stored confidentially by Hugo Fox, the website provider. The details are not visible to Bleasby Parish Council or any member of the local community involved with running the website. The only information publisehed by Hugo Fox is the total number of subscribers. For more information about Hugo Fox privacy and GDPR policy, click here.

If you have any questions about transferring your contact details to the community site, please just email: bleasbycommunity@outlook.com or contact a member of Bleasby Parish Council.
