127 homes on site didn't pay the pitch fee increase this year. Tribunal letters are in the post and some received them today.

In the paperwork is a reply form, which we will advise you how to complete in the new year. So nothing to do yet if you want the Association to represent you.

The Association will prepare the evidence bundle to cover the general deterioration and reduction in services.

Because of the time it's taken Royale's solicitors to deliver this document (literally on the last day allowed by the tribunal) and the Christmas holiday, we've asked the court for an extension of time to reply.

We are still talking to the Administrator (who was looking to negotiate with us) but as you will appreciate everything is slowing down due to Christmas. I did laugh that we received our notice at 1pm today and the solicitor states they are closed from 12.30 today to 2 January.

So keep the papers safe and we'll come back with more information in early January.

Don't worry and have a wonderful Christmas πŸŽ„πŸŽπŸ€ΆπŸŽ…
