We have contacted the Tribunal service this morning as the 3 month deadline was on Friday. They confirm Royale has submitted papers on the last day so the Association will now start preparing our evidence bundle.
You are now likely to receive some official paperwork over the next few weeks. When you do can you please let us know so we can keep track of all residents disputing the charge.
We will send out a newsletter shortly giving more details including paper copies for those that requested them.
We will ask the tribunal to link all cases together, which is normal practice and supply one bundle for those that wish to be represented by the Association.
