Just a quick update about the tribunal process for those not paying this year's increase.
We have contacted the tribunal to ask when we're likely to hear from them.
They advised that they have long delays and are currently processing cases from March. Our cases went in an the end of June so they are several months behind. So, we don't expect to hear from the court offcially for many weeks. Then, the tribunal case itself is likely to be many more weeks after that.
If the tribinal doesn't agree with our case we will all have to pay the increase backdated to April so please remeber to put this aside just in case.
We have had legal advice and have started preparing our evidence bundle and will share this with members disputing the charge in the next month or so.
Please remember we can only represent members so if you haven't joined the Association please get in touch. It's very easy as you only need to sign the register and we don't charge a subscription.
