1. The court is posting us all letters with its decision soon. However, we have seen the result.

2. We won on all our main points. The judge accepted there had been significant deterioration, loss of amenity and reduction in services. This included roads and pathways, streetlights and signage. The judge also accepted that we were entitled to security cover but that had it decreased. Also the court accpted that the use of our clubhouse had reduced in 2022.

3. Despite all that, the increase was only lowered by about 32%. The original increase has been reduced from 13.4% down to 9.4%.

4. Therefore we have approached a park homes solicitor for some advice as to getting the outcome of the case reviewed, so no action is required yet by residents.

5. In summary, we won on all our points but the level of decrease doesn’t reflect that. It's sickening to think that Regency Living will still get 9.4% bearing in mind the significant deterioration, loss of amenity and reduction in services we were able to prove.
