UPDATE: Planning application for intensive broiler raising facility in the Parish

Further to our earlier news item regarding the planning application for a poultry unit in Colwell, we were asked by residents to share any updates we received.
The applicant has now responded to the public and consultee objections with a number of additional documents.
25/03717/FULES | Erection of poultry unit comprising 4 No. poultry houses and associated infrastructure.

We believe that there is additional information which has not yet been uploaded (for example the noise report) and have contacted NCC to ask about the availability of this information.
If any parties wish to make further comment then the deadline for submissions is currently stated as 27th March. We are not yet aware when it will be taken before the Planning Committee.
