Alexander House Community Care Hub is looking for an experienced HR / People professional to volunteer in an advisory role supporting the Board of Directors.

You’ll help strengthen people policies, governance and workplace culture, with a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

This is a chance to use your professional skills to make a real difference in the local community.

What you’ll offer:
Strategic HR and people advice at board level
Support with HR policies, workforce planning and governance
Guidance on recruitment, retention, volunteers and employee relations
Knowledge of UK employment legislation
