Warnford’s “Green Lanes” – Update

High Court Challenge

Good news for our campaign to get motor vehicles banned from Bosenhill Lane, Green Lane and Dark Lane. A judge in the High Court has found in favour of Hampshire County Council and against the Trail Riders’ Federation, who were trying to get our Traffic Regulation Order quashed. However there is the possibility of an appeal, so keep your fingers crossed – and please continue to report illegal use by motor bikes or 4x4s.

Reporting

It is still important that we report illegal use to Hampshire County Council and the police. If you see a motor vehicle being driven on the lanes, you can report it to the police on 101. Also please report it to the Parish on warnfordrow@gmail.com.
