Water supply works now in Hope Bagot

A new pipeline supply of water is making its way to houses in the lower part of Hope Bagot. While most of the way the contractors have been able to operate a 'mole', which pushes its way underground bringing the new pipe with it, the ground after Colly Brook bridge was solid rock so they have had to trench it for the last few hundred yards. Jim has been helping out a fair bit and he was able to do a bit of digging himself.
