West Berkshire Council's consultation on the Compton Neighbourhood Development Plan ended on Friday 16 July.

It will now be examined by an External Examiner, appointed by West Berkshire Council, to review and report on the plan so we await the outcome and will keep you informed.

If accepted West Berkshire Council will then organise a Village Referendum where residents will be asked to vote on whether to accept the Neighbourhood Development Plan. If a majority vote in favour of the Plan it will be adopted by West Berkshire Council.
