What an amazing Easter Monday at Balderton Village Centre!

Yesterday was an absolutely fantastic morning - the turnout from our community was incredible. For three sunny hours the place was buzzing with activity, laughter and plenty of happy faces.
  • Soft Archery kept children (and quite a few adults!) busy and smiling
  • Our cosy reading corner featured wonderful books by local authors Emma Oldham and Vic Bearcroft
  • Face painting transformed little ones into everything from dinosaurs to butterflies
  • Craft tables were full of drawing, sticking, colouring and even making their own bug hotels
And of course, the refreshments table was a hit — delicious cakes enjoyed by all, with kind donations going to support Beaumond House Hospice Care.
It was truly heart‑warming to see a room full of enthusiastic children, parents and grandparents all enjoying the morning together. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the event such a success.
Here’s to many more community days like this - Balderton at its best.
