Wilford Bowls Club finally closes it's doors.
On Thursday 5th December 2019, the Club held it's annual Chrstmas Dinner at The Beeches Hotel, which was well attended by Members past & present.
This marked the end of the Club, and after 86 years Wilford Bowls Club finally closed it's doors and was disbanded. Members have moved on to other Clubs including Ruddington, Radcliffe-on-Trent and Clifton.
On behalf of my family, I would personally like to thank the Club and it's officials for their kindness and support since we approached them in May 2017 as complete beginners. Their advice has been invaluable to us over the last couple of years,and we will certainly remember everything they have taught us.
