Hamble-le-Rice was the venue of a poignant event on Saturday, when the Mercury Old Boys Association marched for one final time, alongside the St. Andrew’s Pipe Band and Hamble Sea Scouts, to mark the official winding-up of the Mercury Association. Hamble-le-Rice Parish was presented with a beautiful model of the Training Ship Mercury which will be proudly displayed at The Mercury Library and Community Hub.

The building work at The Mercury has finished and contractors are installing the interior fittings.
