This Letter has been received from Susan Hart, Managing Director of CAS Community Solutions:

Hello,

Hope you don’t mind me getting in touch, but I’m looking for a little bit of help with a project we’re developing.

Womankind is a project idea developed by CAP, CAS and Live Life Better to support Kent Mums wanting to overcome the challenges of getting back into work. We know from our old What About You programme that many face barriers that we can help with – confidence, skills, childcare, employment ideas and more.

To shape the Womankind project we want to hear from as many Kent Mums as possible about their experiences of going back into work after having kids – good and bad, which is why we’re asking them to answer our short survey (HERE). Their input will help shape the project and will prove the National Lottery with evidence that the project is needed.

We also want to hear from charities, schools and other groups that might want to be paid to host a Womankind session for the Mums they’re already working with.

Please answer the survey; it’ll only take a few minutes, and forwarded to Mums who might want to take part in the Womankind project.

Thanks very much for your support from me and the rest of the Womankind team.

Sue
