ZR60 Footpath Closure (between Lower Hartlip Road and London Road) Extended
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport has directed that the Order made by Kent County Council on the 27 April 2026, the effect of which was to prohibit all traffic from Public Footpath ZR60 has been extended for a further 2 years, until the 27 October 2028 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier.
The path is closed between Lower Hartlip Road and London Road.
There is no alternative route.
