Anyone for bowls in the beautiful historic town of Arundel?
Our club is fortunate to be situated opposite Arundel Castle, with a seven rink outdoor green and a large clubhouse where we play indoor short mat bowls during the winter.
The clubhouse has full kitchen facilities and a well-stocked bar. Members also benefit from the exclusive use of the club car park all year round.
We are looking for new members of any adult age, whether complete beginners, seasoned players or those just wishing to be members of our active social club.
We have days when members just come and play for fun and there are also mixed friendly matches - both internally and against other clubs around the county. Additionally, we play in the West Sussex Bowls Men's League and the Game Set and Match Women's League. We have a fully qualified coach and all our members are willing to help new players.
All outdoor and indoor home matches against visiting opponents require stewards to ensure the smooth running of the event and provide catering and raffle prizes, which are funded by the Club. All members take turns at stewarding these matches.
There are a number of well-attended fun social events throughout the year, including a ladies' day for charity, competitive skittles evenings and quizzes - all with food and drink!

All new members will receive a full induction into the club and for anyone who is thinking of taking up bowls for the first time, we are able to arrange introductory coaching and we can provide bowls for your use whilst you decide whether the game is for you.

Full Membership (summer and winter) £125.
Short Mat (winter only) £60.
Social membership only £20.
