FOOTWEAR
Important: Flat-soled footwear must be worn on the green at all times. For prospective or first-year members this can be trainers or similar. Traditionally, bowling shoes were required to be either white, grey or brown but now some bowls-specific shoes are produced in other colours and these are also acceptable.
INFORMAL ROLL-UPS
Casual wear: we suggest a shirt or polo-shirt with jeans, slacks, shorts or crops.
BOWLS DRIVES
Collared shirts or polos, preferably white but must be a single colour. Please do not wear vests, T-shirts, football-type shirts, multi-coloured tops or logos.
Trousers, slacks or jeans, tailored shorts or crops (or skirts). These should preferably be grey but may be any single colour. Beach, football or swimming-type shorts or track-suit bottoms are not acceptable. Outerwear, waterproofs and hats should preferably be white or cream but may be any single colour.
