Free Taster Sessions   -  Yes that's right FREE TASTER SESSIONS if you have never played the game before and would just like to give it a try then get in touch to book a taster session. We have the equipment that you can borrow and we have Level One bowling coaches to guide you on the green.  All you need is some flat shoes and comfortable clothing and you are away. Taster sessions will last approximately 30-40 mins.

New to the area and have played before or just want to be get into the game after a while off?  Just get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to let you try out the Eagle green. 

Social Membership  -  £2 a week, Yes that's right, become a social member for only £2 a week.  Our season lasts around 30 weeks starting in mid March and ending mid/end of October (dates are subject to weather), that's a grand total of only £60 a season. This entitles you to use the green for practice and roll ups with other members and guests any time competitions and matches are not being played.  If you wish to maybe join a team, or to enter our own club competitions, then a small fee will apply. 

About Us

It is important to the club the we provide both competitive bowling and social bowling which is inclusive to all, we do this by not just offering league teams but we also promote and run our very own in house gatherings and bowling events. We believe that crown green bowling is a fantastic form of gentle exercise that helps to promote a healthy and social  lifestyle for people of all ages. 

At the Eagle Bowling Club we currently have twelve league teams of various standards that compete in local leagues on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings & afternoons, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday evenings & afternoons and our clubs very own Members Leagues on a Wednesday night, which again caters for bowlers of all standards from new bowlers to the clubs best.
