LT FIT runs two weekly fitness class.
FIT IN 45 is an aerobic style class, designed to warm us up, increase us heart rates, improve tone, strength and endurance and most importantly leave everyone feeling great. There are low and high impact options throughout all classes, so you can take it at a pace that works for YOU, and progress as you feel ready, no pressure, no judgement. It’s about turning up and moving your body rather than getting it right and pushing yourself harder than you want.

FIT OVER 50 is a class for older adults, designed to maintain and improve an active lifestyle. Focusing on flexibility, aerobic, balance, strength and having a giggle. This class can be taken seated or standing to a Motown playlist that we can't help but hum along to. No equipment is needed, just yourself and a drink.
