What do we do?

HDAPTC represents the interests of all the parish councils and town councils of Hart District, in northeast Hampshire, England. We meet typically once a quarter to discuss matters of concern in the District. Meetings are usually attended by one or more delegates (councillors or officers) from each of the member councils, as well as representatives from Hart District Council.

People

The Chair of the Association is Cllr Tony Spencer. He is currently a member of Yateley Town Council.

The Secretary is Cllr Martin Whittaker. He is currently a member of Hook Parish Council as well as being a CiLCA qualified clerk.

Constitution

The current constitution was adopted in 2009
