Saturday 5th January at 10:00 am in the Clubhouse.
The EGM was called to discuss the possible options to the Club on the new disabled toilet build and likely costs.
After extensive discussion the meeting resolved that the build should not proceed this spring but that the sub-committee be given time to pursue all options and costing and present these back to the membership for a new target build commencement in September.
The Bowls members separately resolved to set the Bowls membership fee back to £75 for the 2019 season.
Attendance 22 Bowls, 4 Tennis and 8 Allotment holders plus 9 apologies
