"Give me more!" Sue writes about St George's new aqua relax sessions

Regular hydrotherapy user Sue attended St George’s first public aqua relax session on Monday 2nd September. We asked her how she faired and this is what she wrote…

“I am so pleased the hydrotherapy pool has started aqua relax on Mondays 4-5 pm. I went to the first session with mixed feelings about it relaxing me as I am normally on the go all the time. I must say, by Tuesday morning when I woke up and checked my Fitbit readings, I could not believe the readings. I had 8 hours 9 minutes sleep with practically half light and half deep sleep, but was amazed to see I had no awake time! Also, I felt better in myself when I got up and moved around. If that’s what laying on my back floating in the atmosphere of soft music and no sound of voices gives - give me more!”
