Occasional User Bookings

PLEASE NOTE:

It has come to our attention that there have been problems with submitting this booking form when using an iPad or iPhone and the Safari browser.  We have been advised that it works best with these devices if you use ‘Google Chrome’ as the browser. Before completing this Booking Form, please download and read ALL of the Evington Hall Policies and Procedures listed below.  These can be found under the Hall Policies Tab HERE.  By signing the form, the Hirer undertakes the responsibilities outlined in these Terms and Conditions of Hire. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE HALL FOR THE TIME FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BOOKED AND PAID.

The Trustees assume that all Hirers will adhere to these policies for the safety of their attendees.

The Hirer must be present at all times during the booked event. The Hirer will be the designated Fire Officer for the duration of the hire period. The hirer will be liable for the payment which must be made in full on receipt of invoice.

Private hire:

Residents / Non-Residents of Elmsted and Hastingleigh

All day or evening: £55 (Residents) / £85 (Non-Residents)

Short meetings: £15 per hour (Residents) / £17 (Non-Residents)

Children’s parties: £45

Your event will be shown on our Website Calendar of Events as a PRIVATE BOOKING

Please note : The hall is NOT LICENSED for the SALE of alcohol. If you wish to sell alcohol at your event you MUST APPLY for a TEMPORARY EVENT NOTICE from Folkestone and Hythe District Council at least 10 days before the start of your event. Please note : The hall IS licensed for the consumption of alcohol providing the alcohol is supplied free of charge or is bought to an event by those attending.

Please Note : The Hall Audio/Visual System is not available for Ad-Hoc users. If you with to play music etc, please bring your own equipment, which should have an approved PAT (portable appliance test) certificate.
