AGM 2020

ABBOTTS ANN VILLAGE SHOP ASSOCIATION AGM 2020

Due to the government health restrictions there will be no public AGM as in previous years.

However all the reports will be published here on our website and will be posted by the original AGM date of 1 June 2020.

You will see that there has been a proposal to accept each of the reports and a seconder.

If you are a member of the Shop Association you are also invited to vote by sending an email to abbottsannvs@gmail.com.

Your email should have your name at the top, followed by the relevant items for your vote (Items 1, 4, 5, 6 and 8) and how you wish to cast your vote on each item. You can only vote Agree, Disagree or Abstain for each item.  Any response other than these three options will be counted as a spoilt vote.

If you have any questions about any of the reports add these to your email. We will aim to publish these on the website at a later date.

Voting will close on 14 June.
