Council Meetings/Agendas

Meetings of the Council and the Annual Parish Meeting are open to members of the public to attend, though there may be cause to exclude them from part of the meeting because of the confidentiality of the items under discussion.

Every agenda includes the item (as below) for any resident wishing to speak at the meeting.

Residents are asked to assist the Parish Council and contact the Parish Clerk, 5 calendar days prior to any meeting, to ensure the Parish Council is best placed to provide an informed response.

RECORDING AT MEETINGS

Members of the public should be aware that being present at a meeting of the Council be deemed as the person having given consent to being recorded (photograph, film or audio recording) at the meeting, by any person present.  

Any member of the public wishing to record the meeting, is requested to inform the meeting prior to its commencement.
