In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act of 2014, local electors have the right to inspect the Accounts and the External Report from 3rd July 2023. To do so they should contact the Parish Council's Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer, Beccy Anderson, at Abinger Parish Council, 9 Spencers Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 2JQ.
