Healthwatch Northumberland

The independent champion for people in Northumberland who use health and social care services. Healthwatch listens to feedback and experiences from hospitals, GPs, pharmacists, care homes, domiciliary care, mental health services, and more, and passes this on to providers and commissioners to help improve services for everyone.

They can also help people find services, such as a new dentist or GP, and have a signposting service to direct people to support groups, organisations, or advice on complaints.
