Meetings

There will be an additional meeting of the parish council to consider planning applications on Thursday 4 June 7.30pm in the Old Malthouse Memorial Hall. The agenda is available via the drop down menu. 

The next ordinary meeting of the parish council will be on Wednesday 8 July 7.30pm in the Old Malthouse Memorial Hall. The agenda will be published on this website at least 3 clear days in advance.  

All are very welcome to join our meetings. A public participation item is held to receive any representations, questions, requests, or suggestions from parishioners. During the rest of the meeting, members of the public are welcome to observe but may only speak by direct invitation from the Chairman.

MEETING DATES for 2026-27: 8th July, 9th September, 18th November, 20th January, 17th March, 19th May*. 

*Please note that the meetings in May have an earlier start time. The Annual Community Meeting starts at 7pm with the annual meeting of the parish council following at 7.30pm. Public Participation is usually covered within the Community Meeting,
