You can book from as little as an hour to a whole day!
To book:
- Check the calendar to see when the hall is available
- Click on the + on the day you require
- Sign up as a new user or log in as an existing user
- Follow the instructions to complete and submit the booking form
- Upon acceptance of our terms and conditions one of our booking team will confirm availability and costs
- We will send you an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer.
- Your receipt will be issued with the key code for entry to the hall. At this point no refunds for cancellations will be issued.

Above charges apply to bookings taking place up to the end of 2026. The charges will then be reviewed by the Trustees and may increase.
Hirers must not be under 21 years of age.
Rectangular Tables - 183 x 68 cm (6' x 2' 3") - Will seat 6 people for dining or 8 people in a closer informal arrangement.
Round Tables - 183 cm (6') diameter - Will seat 8 people for dining or 10 people in a closer informal arrangement.
