To book:
- Check the calendar to see when the hall is available
- Click on the + on the day you require
- Sign up as a new user or log in as an existing user
- Follow the instructions to complete and submit the booking form
- Upon acceptance of our terms and conditions one of our booking team will confirm availability and costs
- We will send you an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer.
- Your receipt will be issued with the key code for entry to the hall. At this point no refunds for cancellations will be issued.

Above charges apply to bookings made for events etc. taking place up to the end of 2026. Rates after that may change – please enquire.
Additional charges may apply for extra items such as laundering table cloths.
Hirers must not be under 21 years of age.
