Booking Information
How to Book
The Village Hall and field can be booked at weekends, weekdays, evenings and public holidays.
You can book from as little as an hour to a whole day!
To book:
- Click the button to check the calendar Booking Calendar
- Click on the + on the day you require
- Sign up as a new user or log in as an existing user
- Follow the instructions to complete and submit the booking form
- One of our booking team will check the booking request form and issue a confirmation of booking via email.
- We will send you an invoice approx. 1 month before your booking to be paid by bank transfer. Full payment is required NO later than 14 days before the booking date.
- Your receipt will be issued with the key code for entry to the hall.

Above charges apply to bookings taking place up to the end of 2026. The charges will then be reviewed by the Trustees and may increase.
Hirers must not be under 21 years of age.
Rectangular Tables - 183 x 68 cm (6' x 2' 3") - Will seat 6 people for dining or 8 people in a closer informal arrangement.
Round Tables - 183 cm (6') diameter - Will seat 8 people for dining or 10 people in a closer informal arrangement.
