100 Houses Proposed in BH - Have your Say

Wain Estates have placed leaflets through most doors publicising their proposal to develop land to the North of Bomere Heath, off Merrington Rd, behind Brook Rd & Cornfiel Crescent. The proposals indicate 100 houses in the land available.

The developer Wain Estates, as yet have NOT approached the PC or Planning, this is early engagement at this stage. We would encourage anyone how has an opinion to voice it to both Wain Estates via the email weconsultations@wainestates.co.uk and copy in the PC at clerk@bomereheath.co.uk so that we can gauge the community opinion. I would urge that all comments be constructive and factual. this will assist us and ensure that the feedback is included as part of the submission.

The PC will try an arrange a meeting with the developer to find out more details, specifically on infrastructure, access and amenities.
