Now that Lockdown has become a distant memory that is just the subject of embarrassing revelations at official enquiries, Bovingdon Connect is continuing to thrive and we are entering the New Year with 30 volunteers, 23 of whom are on the list of drivers. 

Our mobile phone based service based on a weekly duty schedule for our coordinators has proved very successful and our operating costs are very much lower than any of our previous communication technologies. We have, therefore, used some of our accumulated donations to update our mobile phone to keep up-to-date with the latest available software.

Our coordinators are officially availableto answer calls between 9:30 and 12:30 on normal weekdays. Outside these hours you are welcome to leave a voice message or send a text message to let us know what you need.
