At the time of reading this piece Christmas and New Year have passed and members of the Bowls Club hope you had a wonderful time with friends and family.

During December the Club held an evening of Bingo in the Village Hall. Fifty-eight people attended and everyone had a fantastic time. Many went home with cash prizes, chocolate or wine and some with all three. The aim was to have an enjoyable and convivial time which was definitely achieved and in the process the Club raised over £300.

The King Billy in Shipdham was the venue of the Club’s Christmas Lunch. This event was also well attended and a wonderful time full of Christmas spirit was had by all.

A number of events will take place over the next few months to keep members in contact with each other. The first of these is a Game of Hoy and Soup Lunch on Wednesday January 12 at 12.30 in the Clubhouse costing £3.50. Please be aware all future events are dependent on current Covid legislation. Therefore, any changes will be notified by the website and Bradenham Community Facebook page.
