Two Months In

The season is moving on at a pace and teams continue to battle in three different leagues. There have been some very exciting matches played including the one-shot aggregate defeat to Swanton Morley Angel in the Mid Norfolk League Cup. Despite some excellent individual player outcomes overall team results have not always resulted in wins. The weather, for the most part, has been brilliant but on one occasion a match was postponed due to the extremely hot temperature.

On Sunday July 17th the Club is holding its Mid Season Fun Day starting at 2.30pm. Members and friends are encouraged to turn out in their numbers and participate what is usually a great afternoon. The inter club competition has begun with a new format, allowing members to participate in more games rather than a straight knockout. It will provide for an interesting conclusion come September.

On another note, it is disappointing to hear that two hanging baskets the Club put up at the start of the season have gone missing. If anybody has any more information as to their whereabouts please contact a member of the committee.
