Buckland Neighbourhood Plan

The designated Neighbourhood Area covers the same area as the Buckland Parish Council.

On 3 Nov 2022 a referendum was held where 98% of the votes cast were in support of the revised Buckland Neighbourhood Plan being adopted by Buckinghamshire Council as planning policy for Buckland Parish.

What is the Buckland Neighbourhood Plan

The Buckland Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the  development plan for the Buckland Neighbourhood Area (covering the same area as the parish council).  The plan is now part of the adopted Development Plan, which planning applications in that area will be assessed against.
