The AGM, there was a decent turnout for the meeting and the website has now been updated with the Committee and Captains for the 2026 Summer Season. The green will open on Saturday 4th April 2026 providing maintenance work is completed on time and will close on Sunday 27th September 2026.

Congratulations to Mark Burbank who will be our Club President for the season's 2026 and 2027. Mark's chosen Charity for the 2026 season will be Prostate UK, John Fernley will be in charge of organising the Charity Day bowls drive as previous years which has been well supported by our own players as well others Bowls Clubs. We would also like to thank Gordon Halliday for his time as President 2025 

Membership for 2026 season. Rule 1. Full Membership cost per player £90.00 which includes £5.00 BFBC and NCC Season ticket cost, Also Rink Fees of £1.00 per match will apply. Rule 2. For players wishing to play only on social bowls mornings Social Membership cost will be £5.00 to join plus £5.00 per player for each session, these sessions are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings 10.00am - 12.00. Any new player coming to the club the first 3 sessions will be free of charge after which Rule 2 will then apply to these players as well. If any player was looking then to play in the league matches Rule 1 would then apply
