There is an old adage that information is 20% gained from what you are told and 80% from what you find out.

As part of the 20% of what you are told, the DMBC have introduced a new weekly bulletin of what is going on in the Borough. But the DMBC is the single largest borough in the country and therefore recognises it needed to offer a little more “local” news. And here it is.
