Community Speed Watch

Burniston Parish Council would like to support residents who are concerned about speeding traffic through the village.

It would be possible to set up a group of volunteers who following training from North Yorkshire Poloce would spend an hour or two each week monitoring speeding traffic, with those driving logged doing speeds in excess of the limit being reported to North Yorkshire Police.
