What we spend and how we spend it

The following documents are grouped according to the financial years to which they relate. 

  • All items of expenditure above £100 for each financial year. 
  • End of year accounts, accompanied by
    • the bank reconciliation for the relevant financial year,
    • an explanation of any significant variances (more than 10% to 15% from the previous year)
    • an explanation of any differences between ‘balances carried forward’ and ‘total cash and short term investments’, if applicable.
    • Note: for some of the financial years the information above is provided as part of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) document.
  • Annual governance statement. 
  • Internal audit report (for some of the financial years the internal audit report is provided as part of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) document.
  • Precept calculation.
  • Budget
  • Fixed Assets Register (most recent year only)

 

Copies of all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other related documents are available for inspection.
