Caythorpe Parish Council Maintenance Party/Village Clean Up

Saturday 3 June 2017.

Meeting at the Village Hall car park at 9.30am.

We have 10 good quality litter picking items for use by children and adult volunteers.

We want volunteers to varnish the notice boards.

Can you paint the benches, ironwork, barriers and other items on our list?

Volunteers are needed to clean up around the church and village hall.

Caythorpe bridge requires volunteers to prepare the pallisades for painting.

Gardeners required to strim, weed and spray specific areas.

Cut the hedge to the car park to increase visibility.

Please write down the date in your diary and, if you care about your village, come and help.

Please bring your own tools.

It would be helpful if you could email the Clerk if you can assist.
