Meeting Dates for 2024/2025 are on Tuesdays every other month starting at 7.30pm in the Chaddleworth Village Hall.

This agenda is published 3-working days before the meeting.

Meetings planned for year 2025/26 are:

11th November 2025 – Ordinary Meeting (this meeting is at 8:00pm)
13th January 2026 – Ordinary Meeting
3rd March 2026 – Ordinary Meeting

Meetings planned for year 2026/2027 are:

12th May 2026 – Annual Meeting
2nd June 2026 – Annual Parish Meeting (APM)
