Lease signed for new Shed at Old School

Gentlemen,
Christchurch Men's Shed is now the official lease holder for the Lower Hall at the School House, 254 Lymington Road, Highcliffe.BH23 5ET
The duration of the lease is 7-years less one day.
Annual rent is one peppercorn plus costs for insurance and utilities etc.
CMS members wishing to use the Lower Hall are also required to become members of the HRA (currently £5 / year) and the expectation is that a daily attendance fee will be payable - as is the case at Greystones.
Many thanks to Bob Mackinnon and Ian Hartnell of the HRA for their hard work in bringing this about.
Our AGM on the 11th February will see the election of new trustees when Bob Mackinnon, Barry Atkinson and myself will stand down after completing 4-years in office.
It will be for the new trustees to take the shed forward and build the workshop and social space we have all dreamed of since Barry called our first shed meeting back in 2016.
We achieved a lot down in our basement workshop at Greystones but with more space and our own kettle, the possibilities are endless.......
